We live in a very, very strange world indeed.
Women seem to hate food and men just gobble em' up
like there's no tomorrow.
I'm talking about anorexia (women) and bigorexia (men).
Men are really from Mars and women, totally Venus!
Men look in the mirror and see a thin, scrawny lil' chap
with ribs showing and concave chests that could possibly
collect water on a rainy day.
They seek to eat a whole lotta "healthy" food jam-packed
with protein, calcium and all those greek words that
will nurture them and cover up those ribs and inflate
those "runway" chests.
And they hit the gym to pump those loose fats.
And losing hope seeing others pumping 50 pounds on
one arm whilst they themselves cant even lift 25 with
both arms.
Shucks. 3 words man.Pot. Kettle. Black.
Tee hee =)
Women on the other hand, shriek at the sight of flabs
on their faces, arms, stomach and everywhere else
visible and er .. invisible to the public eye.
They wanna be stick thin, just like our lovely Ally McBeal.
Eee ...
Now somebody explain to me eating something and poking
your very own throat to regurgitate all that back out!
Guess what? There are even pro-ana websites that give
and share tips on how to lose weight fast and effectively.
To achieve the dream figure of a skeleton.
Didn't anyone tell them that guys go for hourglass not
sticks?!!!
I've got this friend; she's pretty and petite - just my type -
err but that's beside the point, but she thinks she's fat!
And ugly!
Oh my! Tried to shake the truth in her but to no avail.
She's still adamant she's fat and rotund.
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! =)
Well, guys and girls ... not really criticising others
but just wondering ya know ..
The New Paper ran an article about anorexia and how
it affects teenage girls in Singapore. That set the light
bulb in me.
Whatever it is Old McDinie just wants you chewren
to have a balanced diet, exercise regularly, eat your
breakfast and tag on my board. ---->
If you think you're fat, no-no chewren, Old McDinie begs
to differ. Youre healthy. Well, that's if your BMI is not
over 25. If it is, liposuction is the true panacea.
Get it whilst stocks last =p

agree with you. many people delude themselves into thinking they are what they'll not. maybe it's the lack of public education about the problems that could arise? or that people are being exposed to too much media that sort of set the standards on how guys and girls should look like.
