POP!

It's been over 9 weeks and newly-commissioned privates bade farewell to recruitship and the chalet we all come to know as Pulau Tekong.
Over a 45minute parade, then-recruits fought back tears as they recollect memories of their 9 week stay and the changes (be it good or bad) that they've undergone - and the Guest-of-Honour's copious speech.
At the end of the parade, we stood at attention and on cue, we threw our jockey caps high into the Tekong sky and celebrated as if we've ORD-ed.
Not yet, people, not just yet.
We captured images of each other and of our commanders like stricken school girls high on coke, slapped high fives, ogled at the chio bus that made their way, ate our complimentary meal, ogled some more, took MORE pics.

Then we waited for our turn to board the ferry.

9 weeks flew.
The good life is over.
Now to Command School.
Mercy, have mercy on me.
